How we work

Senior, embedded, pragmatic – with the right level of rigour.

Principles

Simplicity

Strip complexity, focus on what matters.

Pragmatism

Fit your context, not a textbook.

Culture fit

Work with your teams, not around them.

Confidentiality

Trusted advisor, protected conversations.

Capability transfer

Leave tools and knowledge behind.

Delivery modes

Setup sprint

2–4 weeks, intensive, workshop-driven.

Executive review

2–3 weeks, independent assessment.

Recovery sprint

4–12 weeks, stabilisation + roadmap.

Embedded partner

Part-time or full-time, 6–18 months.

Retainer

On-call advisory, monthly rhythm.

Coaching

One-to-one, monthly sessions.

Worldwide mobility

We go where the work is.

Typical engagement flow

1

Diagnose

Confirm the mission, constraints, and stakeholders. Review the facts (data + documents + interviews) to identify root causes, decision gaps, and the few levers that will change outcomes fast.

2

Align

Agree what “success” means and how you will run the project: priorities, governance, decision rights, and ways of working. Build a clear action plan (30/60/90 days) with owners, milestones, and escalation rules.

3

Deliver

Embed with the team to execute – pragmatic and decision-focused. Reset credibility where needed (cost / schedule / risk), strengthen routines, remove blockers, and drive delivery through real actions (not slides).

4

Sustain

Transfer capability so improvement sticks: tools, templates, dashboards, and coached leadership habits. Stabilise ownership, measure progress, and step down the footprint without losing control.

Tools

We use a pragmatic toolkit that makes delivery easier and decisions clearer. Most tools are deployable in days and can be adapted to your governance, templates, and IT environment.

Checklists (Start-right + gate reviews)

Practical checklists for mobilization, governance setup, contracting strategy, interfaces, and readiness reviews (engineering, construction, commissioning). Designed to catch gaps early – before they become months of delay.

Scorecards (One-page health and credibility)

Simple scorecards to assess project health across execution, controls, risk, commercial, and team dynamics – used for executive reviews, monthly rhythm, and steering committee reporting.

Routines (Operating rhythm)

Meeting cadence packs, decision logs, action tracking, escalation rules, and stakeholder maps – so execution runs with discipline and issues are surfaced early.

Dashboards (Cost / schedule / risk made readable)

Executive-friendly dashboards and reporting packs that connect the story to the numbers: cost-to-complete, schedule integrity, risk & opportunity, and performance drivers.

Spreadsheets & lightweight apps (Deployable fast)

Proprietary spreadsheets and small applications for: forecasting, variance analysis, productivity/quantities tracking, cash flow, change management, and interface tracking. Built to be used by teams – not analysts.

AI accelerators (Less admin, more decisions)

AI-enabled helpers to reduce manual work and capture knowledge: meeting minutes → actions/risks, document review support, change log consistency checks, trend detection in controls, and rapid synthesis for ExCo/SteerCo packs. Always aligned with your data rules and toolchain.

Tools are only useful if they fit your reality. We adapt them to your terminology, governance, and existing platforms.
