Founder

Philippe Bouve

BREAKPOINT is led by Philippe Bouve, with 25+ years in major project execution across energy and infrastructure, from bid strategy and mobilization through to delivery and handover. Experience combines hands-on technical accountability with executive steering, including governance design, project controls, and commercial/claims leadership.

Philippe's background spans landmark civil works and bridges early in his career, followed by onshore/offshore energy delivery, and most recently portfolio and P&L oversight in a major infrastructure group. Assignments have been delivered across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia-Pacific, and the Americas.
